Teaching communication skills

micuseIn our second semester of radio group we are going to work in detail on learning some specific communication routines needed for being on-air.  To date we have been recording and making pre-produced radio packages, which allows for lot of mistakes, ums and ahs and phones ringing in the background.  On air, we need to be more careful, and there are a few specific things that every radio announcer needs to say, even if they are only playing music.
