The goals and challenges of this project intend to engage good social work practice.  One of those is reflection on the process and success.

On this blog you will find reflections about the process of change we hope will be initiated by the course.  You will find it amazing how seemingly mundane and everyday actions, like being part of a team, talking about your experiences and learning a new skill can provide rich ground for social inclusion and personal growth goals.

Reflective practice, while carried out in private between practitioners, will also be part of our public practice on this blog.  We’ll keep the sensitive stuff private for obvious confidentiality reasons. – ks
